Medical ID Cards
Medical ID cards will be mailed directly to your home address. Please keep an eye out for this. Also, taking a picture of your ID card on your phone will help if you ever lose your physical card!

Be sure to select the PPO network when conducting your search for an accurate listing of in-network providers.
Dental: Search for Principal Dental providers by clicking HERE!
Select "Search for a Dentist" and put in your zip code.
Vision: Search for Principal/VSP Vision providers by clicking HERE!
